Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days across Pakistan.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation message/email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Issues

  • As per our Refund Policy, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours with photo and video evidence.

  • We are not responsible for any products lost during shipping if the address provided was incorrect.
