REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At our store, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their Ice Cooler Fan. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and damages:

24-Hour Reporting Window

If your product arrives damaged (broken) or has any functional issues, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Requests made after this 24-hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Required Evidence (Images & Videos)

To process your claim, our team requires visual proof of the issue. Please provide the following:

  • Clear Images of the product and the specific damage.

  • A short Video demonstrating the issue or defect.

  • Note: Without these visual proofs, we will be unable to proceed with your request.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Returns caused by customer misuse or accidental damage after delivery are not accepted.

Refund/Exchange Process

Once our team inspects the provided images and video and approves your claim, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5-7 working days.
